The Final Project: A Proposal

As a writer, I mainly write poetry, which is something I have yet to incorporate into any of the projects within this class. When thinking of have to combine different elements such as sound, image, and video, I spent a solid amount of time trying to concoct a plan of how I could bring this genre that I'm so passionate about into the digital sphere. Then it hit me.

It should also be noted that I'm a firm believer in self empowerment, as well as empowering others. Hell, we're all on this planet together, why bring each other down. With that being said, my main plan is to interacting with people I know, as well as strangers, to write something positive about themselves. Then, I'll take a picture of them. Those pictures will be formed into a video. The audio behind the video would be a poem that I wrote and recorded about empowerment.

Obviously I still have to work out some kinks in the plan, but I'm beyond thrilled to work on this project.
